Outbyte PC Repair FREEClear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsFree Scan →Outbyte Driver Updater FREEScan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteDriver Scan →Bohemia Interactive has not publicly confirmed a current fix for the reported problems loading into Encounters or boosted lobbies in Vigor. The official update listings include other recent changes, but do not identify a remedy for these exact symptoms. Treat claims that a fix is “in the works” as unverified unless a new official notice names the issue.
What is confirmed about the reported issue?
Players have described problems such as getting stuck while loading into Encounters or being unable to play another set of Encounters. Those phrases come from player reports and search-result wording; they do not establish that every report concerns one confirmed incident, or that the problem is widespread.
Bohemia Interactive’s Vigor support page directs players to official support and community channels to report problems. The official Vigor news listing shows updates through 2026, including the August 2026 Season 28 update, but the surfaced listing does not identify a fix for loading into Encounters or boosted lobbies. A December 12, 2025 listing item concerns compensation after a progression rollback and an Encounters issue; it should not be treated as confirmation that the current reports have the same cause.
Does the historical update record show a fix?
No. Historical notes mention related features and a different loading exploit, but they do not establish that the present reports are resolved.

Season 8: Trappers
Bohemia Interactive’s Season 8: Trappers notes, dated April 21, 2021, list a Booster description panel for Shootout and Encounter lobbies and a fix for an exploit involving when a player began loading into a map. These are changes from 2021, not evidence of a current repair for today’s reported loading problems.
Boosters and matchmaking
A November 20, 2019 developer blog describes improved matchmaking and Boosters that could increase rewards for everyone in an Encounter. That explains the feature’s historical purpose; it does not diagnose a current lobby problem or confirm a repair.

How should you report a loading or boosted-lobby problem?
- Open the official Vigor support page and follow its current instructions for contacting support or reaching the official community channels.
- Describe what happens and where: for example, whether the game stalls while entering an Encounter, whether the lobby is boosted, and whether the issue occurs on a later set of Encounters.
- Check official Vigor news and support communications for a notice that names the same symptoms. Do not assume a fix announcement about a different Encounters issue applies.
A December 2021 forum thread records one player’s loading and freezing complaints. It is an anecdotal, old report—not an official diagnosis, evidence of current prevalence, or a verified remedy. The available official material does not establish a particular cause, platform-specific troubleshooting step, or repair timeline for the reports discussed here.
