The highest overall rating in WWE 2K25 belongs to Super Cena, a playable version of John Cena, at 100. Among standard active-roster wrestlers, Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes share the top score at 96, and Rhea Ripley leads the women’s roster at 96. Those figures come from March 2025 ratings guides, and the answer changes depending on whether alternate character versions count as separate entries.
Overall leader: Super Cena at 100
The ratings guide published by The SmackDown Hotel in March 2025 lists Super Cena at 100, the highest figure of any playable entry in that guide. Destructoid’s March 2025 list does not put Super Cena at the top of its ranking, and the exact score it gives Super Cena is not stated in the sources reviewed for this article, so the 100 figure should be attributed to The SmackDown Hotel.

Super Cena is one of more than 300 playable characters that 2K has said the game includes. That count comes from 2K’s official announcement and covers the whole roster, including alternate versions and DLC.
Standard active-roster leaders: Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes at 96
If you want the best-rated wrestlers who are on the active roster in their standard form, the answer is a tie. Both standard Roman Reigns and standard Cody Rhodes are listed at 96 by The SmackDown Hotel, and Destructoid lists both at 96 as well. Neither guide places one above the other, so treat them as joint leaders.

The standard Roman Reigns entry is a different listing from the 97-rated Roman Reigns versions covered below. A rating for “Roman Reigns” needs a version label to be accurate.
Women’s roster: Rhea Ripley at 96, Bianca Belair at 95
The Smackdown Hotel names Rhea Ripley as the highest-rated woman in WWE 2K25, at 96. Destructoid also lists her at 96. Bianca Belair is listed at 95 by Destructoid in its March 2025 ranking. The two guides reviewed here give only these women’s scores. A complete women’s ranking is not established by these sources, so Ripley and Belair should be read as the top of the women’s list in those guides rather than a full ordering.

Alternate versions rated 97
Several character versions sit above the standard roster in The SmackDown Hotel’s list. They are rated 97:
- Roman Reigns ’22
- Roman Reigns ’24
- Roman Reigns ’22 (Brawl)
- Stone Cold Steve Austin
These are versions of wrestlers that the game treats as separate playable characters. If you count only one entry per wrestler, these versions are not the standard rating for those wrestlers. Destructoid’s list does not report the same 97-rated entries, so its scores for these versions are not stated.

The numbers are game ratings published in independent ratings guides. They are not performance statistics, and 2K’s January 28, 2025 announcement does not explain how individual ratings are calculated. Treat the scores as the guides’ published figures, not as an official 2K ranking.

These figures reflect guides published in March 2025. Later updates, DLC, or newer entries in the WWE 2K series can change which wrestlers are listed and at what scores. 2K identified the Saturday Night’s Main Event Pack as the fifth and final DLC character pack in a November 2025 announcement, so the DLC roster is now fixed. Whether each guide’s score for a given DLC character has been updated since March 2025 is not established by the sources reviewed here, so check the current in-game roster before relying on any single figure.

WWE 2K25 was announced for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC via Steam. Ratings do not depend on which platform you play on, but the roster you can use may depend on which DLC packs you own.
Refer to the guide’s rating for the specific version you plan to use, and confirm the version name before you compare scores.
