What is Not a Hero about?
In Not a Hero, Chris goes after Lucas Baker and encounters captives and bio-organic threats in the caverns beneath the Baker home. Capcom’s Gold Edition announcement distinguishes this mission from the main campaign and places it after Ethan’s escape.
Capcom announced Resident Evil 7 biohazard Gold Edition as a package containing the game and previously released DLC, naming PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC in December 2017. That announcement establishes the package’s historical contents and platforms, not present-day availability or the contents of every current platform edition.

Why does Chris look different?
The character is identified as Chris Redfield in official Capcom and PlayStation material. In a December 11, 2017 PlayStation Blog post, Resident Evil 7 director Koji Nakanishi discussed the design process for Chris’s appearance, including photogrammetry as a basis for the model and adjustments to facial details. That is production context, rather than an in-story explanation for his changed look.
