Astartes II is set to arrive in December 2026 on Warhammer TV, where it will be available to watch with a Warhammer+ subscription. Games Workshop has not announced an exact release day. Its latest update also confirms the sequel will be significantly longer than the original, without giving a runtime or episode count.
When does Astartes II come out?
The latest official release window is December 2026. Games Workshop announced the month on 18 September 2026, but did not name a day. The announcement reaffirmed the December window first given in July.
The timing has become more specific over time: in January 2026, Warhammer Community said Astartes would return later that year; by July, it had placed Astartes II in December. The September announcement is the clearest current confirmation. Warhammer Community’s September announcement and its July Warhammer+ preview provide the dated updates.
Where can you watch Astartes II?
Games Workshop says Astartes II will be released on Warhammer TV and can be watched with a Warhammer+ subscription. The announcement does not specify regional availability, subscription pricing, or whether the animation will appear on any other service, so those details should not be assumed.
