One free scan finds every outdated or missing driver and matches the right update for your exact hardware.Free scan · exact hardware matchIf Space Marine 2 says your DLC is locked, missing, or needs to be purchased again, check the account that owns it, its marketplace entitlement, and whether the add-on is installed before buying anything again. Saber Interactive has an official support guide for unavailable DLC, but its pages do not confirm a current widespread outage or one cause affecting all players. The assignment title does not name a game; Space Marine 2 is the best-supported match in the official guidance covered here.
What Saber’s support guidance does—and does not—confirm
Saber Interactive’s support site documents steps for “DLC Content Not Available” and for purchased DLC that remains locked or appears to require repurchase. That establishes this as a recognized support issue, not that developers have announced a new game-wide incident. The pages provide no affected-player count, common technical cause, or resolution rate.
The guidance is in How to Fix Space Marine 2 DLC Content Not Available and How to Recover Space Marine 2 Missing Rewards or DLC. The pages do not display publication dates, so platform menus or support procedures may have changed.
Start with ownership and installation
- Check the purchasing account. Sign in to the PlayStation, Xbox, or other platform account that bought the DLC or owns the Season Pass. If you are using a different account, the game may not see the entitlement.
- Check the region. Saber says an add-on licensed for a different country from the player’s account may be incompatible. If the marketplace does not recognize the purchase, contact marketplace support rather than buying the content again.
- Look for a separate download. Some Season Pass content and other DLC may require a separate marketplace download or a no-charge transaction. Open the relevant store listing and see whether the item is available to download or install.
- Update and verify the game. Check for a console or marketplace update, especially if a download was interrupted. On PC, use the game launcher’s file-integrity verification option.
- Install the add-on separately if needed. Reinstall the DLC itself; if that does not help, Saber recommends reinstalling the game and DLC. Ensure there is enough available storage.
Platform-specific license and add-on steps
| Platform | What to try |
|---|---|
| PlayStation 5 | Open Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Restore Licenses, then try the content again. If the item is listed as downloadable but will not install, turn off the console, disconnect its power for one minute, reconnect it, and restart. |
| Xbox | Check Xbox service status. Open Games & Apps > Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 > Install All to restore licenses, then inspect Manage game and add-ons and select the required content for installation. For Season Pass items, open the Microsoft Store Season Pass listing and use Manage to restore licenses and download included items. |
These menu paths are Saber’s platform-specific instructions; do not substitute one platform’s license steps for another’s.

If the symptom is a missing reward rather than purchased DLC
For missing rewards or other DLC, Saber advises fully quitting and reopening the game; returning only to the main menu is not a full restart. Confirm the account on which the content was earned or purchased, and check the relevant game mode if the issue concerns progression. The recovery guide directs players with purchased DLC that is still locked or prompts for repurchase to the DLC-specific troubleshooting guidance above.

If the store does not recognize an item that was bought or should be included with a Season Pass, contact the relevant marketplace support team. Saber’s DLC guide puts it plainly: “If the item was purchased or should be included in your Season Pass, please get in touch with marketplace support.” If the entitlement and installation checks do not resolve the problem, contact Focus Entertainment support, identified by Saber as the game’s publisher. Follow the issue-specific route on How to Contact Space Marine 2 Support; a screenshot or short video can help explain what the game or store displays.
