GFAL named Supercell Ltd and investor Mitch Lasky among the participants. Its announcement also lists Heinrich Zetlmayer, Bonduc Bioscience SL, BCNBCNLVC, and David Fernandez, CEO of Sandsoft. GFAL said the new investors joined existing backers Bonsai Partners, Nekko Consulting, and Inveready.
What did GFAL say the funding would support?
The company said it planned to use the financing to expand its core team and accelerate production. It connected those plans to building on the mobile soft launch of Elemental Raiders, which it said had taken place in March 2023. Those are GFAL’s stated intentions at the time of the announcement, not evidence of how the money was later spent.

GFAL’s announcement separately said the company had raised $4.4 million in token presales during 2023. That amount refers to token-sale proceeds as described by GFAL; it is not part of the $3.2 million seed-round figure.

Its games page lists Elemental Raiders and Diamond Dreams as first-party games, and Jump Pump as a third-party publishing venture.
