Charizard is usually shown in orange. The clearest official color reference, Pokémon’s color-by-number activity, also uses green, light yellow, red, yellow, dark red and pink in its illustration. The most dramatic alternate appearance is Mega Charizard X, which has a black body and blue flames; Mega Charizard Y remains orange.
Charizard’s usual color palette
Orange is the familiar color of Charizard. Pokémon’s official Charizard color-by-number activity provides a more specific reference: its key lists orange, green, light yellow, red, yellow, dark red and pink. Those are colors used in that worksheet’s illustration, not a list of separate Charizard forms or a definitive specification for every game, anime episode, card or licensed product.
How the Mega Charizard forms differ
Pokémon names two separate Mega forms, Mega Charizard X and Mega Charizard Y. Mega Evolution is temporary, rather than a permanent color change: Pokémon says it requires a Trainer’s Key Stone and the Pokémon’s special Mega Stone.

Pokémon’s official Let’s Go, Pikachu! and Let’s Go, Eevee! page says: “Mega Charizard X’s body color changes to black, and its flames turn blue because they burn so much hotter.” Its changed type is Fire/Dragon, unlike Charizard’s Fire/Flying typing.

Mega Charizard Y: still orange
Mega Charizard Y is not the black-and-blue version. It keeps orange coloring while changing shape, with sharper horns, a longer tail and larger wings. The official description does not name a contrasting flame color for Y, so its flames should not be presented as a documented color difference here.

No. Mega Charizard X and Mega Charizard Y are temporary Mega Evolutions, not permanent alternate colors of ordinary Charizard. Pokémon’s Mega Evolution guide explains the Key Stone and Mega Stone requirement and identifies both Charizard forms.
