In Blox Fruits, Angel V4 is the Angel race’s awakened form. Its Gear-dependent abilities offer aerial movement or an aura that disrupts nearby opponents, while the transformation boosts damage, speed, and health regeneration, according to the community wiki.
What Angel V4 does
Angel V4’s abilities depend on the Gears you install. The Blox Fruits Wiki’s Angel page, marked updated September 30, 2026, describes two options: Prince of the Skies for aerial mobility and King’s Rule for affecting nearby opponents.
Prince of the Skies
This mobility ability lets Angel glide and fly, according to the wiki. It is the movement-focused option among the abilities described on the page.
King’s Rule
King’s Rule creates an aura that, according to the wiki, can slow and damage nearby opponents and drain their energy. The page also describes screen distortion and a stun at close range. It notes that the ability was nerfed in Update 26, so these effects should be treated as the wiki’s description rather than a guarantee of current strength or exact performance.

Transformation buffs
The wiki reports that transforming grants max stats plus 10% increases to damage, speed, and health regeneration. That figure is a community-wiki-reported value, not an independently verified official balance figure.
How Angel V4 fits into Angel progression
Angel is associated with jumping and aerial mobility. Its V3 ability is Heavenly Blood; the wiki records a nerf to that ability in Update 24. Angel V4 is a later race stage, not the same ability as V3’s Heavenly Blood.

- For nearby-opponent effects: King’s Rule is the aura option, with reported slowing, damage, energy drain, distortion, and close-range stun.
- For transformation benefits: The wiki reports increases to damage, speed, and health regeneration, but those exact figures are not independently confirmed here.
