What the Healing upgrade changes
Obsidian introduced Healing as a personal upgrade in the Milk Molar system with Grounded’s 1.0 release. The official description says it increases the health players receive from healing items. In practical terms, it affects the amount of health recovered, rather than being described as a faster healing rate.
How much healing does each level add?
In its update 1.2 notes, Obsidian said the Healing upgrade had been rescaled to use diminishing returns and listed this cumulative progression:

Does Healing make bandages heal faster?
The official description establishes an increase to health received, not an increase to healing speed. Obsidian’s update 1.3 notes later documented changes to healing items: bandages, smoothies, and meals received a four-second cooldown; smoothies’ healing was doubled; and bandages gained a burst heal while their heal-over-time effect was adjusted. Those notes do not specify how those bandage changes interact with each Healing upgrade level, so they do not establish that the Milk Molar upgrade speeds up a bandage’s healing-over-time effect.
Does Healing affect life steal?
Yes. Obsidian’s patch 1.2.3 notes say life-steal effects are increased by positive healing-received effects and reduced by negative ones. That confirms a relationship between healing-received modifiers and life steal, but it does not provide a separate per-level life-steal formula for the Healing upgrade.

What is confirmed about the current values?
The official notes establish the upgrade’s purpose and publish the five-level progression in update 1.2. Update 1.3 records later healing-item changes but does not publish a new Healing Milk Molar progression.
