She is established as Chris Redfield’s BSAA partner in RE5, and Resident Evil 6 takes place later—but that chronology does not tell us where Sheva is or what she does.
What is confirmed about Sheva after RE5?
There is no specific post-RE5 fate for Sheva established in the cited Capcom material. The official sources do not say that she dies, retires, leaves the BSAA, joins another team, or undertakes a later mission. Her personal story after the events of RE5 remains unspecified in those sources.

Capcom’s Resident Evil 5 announcement describes Sheva as Chris Redfield’s partner and a BSAA operative. Capcom’s Resident Evil 6 announcement places RE6 after RE5, but does not mention Sheva’s whereabouts or activities.
Does Resident Evil 6 explain where Sheva is?
No. RE6’s later setting establishes the order of the games, not Sheva’s individual story. It would be inaccurate to infer from “RE6 happens after RE5” that Sheva appears in the game, is on a particular assignment, or has left the BSAA.

What did Capcom say about Sheva and Josh?
In a March 2010 Capcom developer Q&A about Resident Evil 5: Gold Edition and its “Desperate Escape” DLC, a response says: “The story of what happens to Josh after leaving Chris and Sheva at the ruin still hasn’t been told.” The same response says that Sheva and Josh’s duties before RE5 were not covered, then remarks that a Sheva-and-Josh co-op story “could have also been interesting.” The answer is presented without identifying which of the named developers supplied it, so it should be attributed to the Capcom developer Q&A, not to one individual.
This is a comment about story material left unexplored and a hypothetical pairing—not a confirmed sequel, planned game, or epilogue for Sheva after RE5.
