In DokuDoki’s CORE!Frisk fanon, the character’s full name is Frisk Marusina. That is an alternate-universe detail, not the official name of Undertale’s protagonist.
CORE!Frisk’s name is a fanon detail
The CORE!Frisk/CORETale fanon reference attributes the alternate universe to DokuDoki and lists the character’s full name as Frisk Marusina: CORETale | Undertale OC and Fanon Wiki. A separate article also identifies the name as part of DokuDoki’s fan-created narratives and says the character and backstory are not explicitly canon in Toby Fox’s Undertale universe: Games Learning Society.

So, if you mean the CORE!Frisk AU character, the answer is Frisk Marusina. The name should not be attributed to the official game unless discussing this fanon specifically.
CORE!Frisk is not the same as canon Frisk
Frisk is the playable human child in Undertale. A general character reference describes Frisk’s true origin and nature as ambiguous: List of Undertale and Deltarune characters. That ambiguity is separate from the fan-created name attached to CORE!Frisk; it does not establish Frisk Marusina as canon.
