The exact hour is attributed to GameSpot because EA’s season listing confirms the date, not the time. The cited launch-time report gives PT and ET only; it does not establish a complete schedule for other time zones.
What launched with Season 21?
Upheaval was Apex Legends’ 21st season. EA’s May 6, 2024 patch notes and May 3 announcement describe the season’s additions, including new Legend Alter, an update to Broken Moon, Solos Takeover, and Apex Artifacts.
Solos Takeover replaced Duos from May 7 through June 24, 2024, according to EA’s patch notes. That event window was shorter than the season’s listed run through August 5.

Is Upheaval an upcoming release?
No. Upheaval is a past season, not a future launch. EA lists Season 21 as running from May 7 to August 5, 2024; its current seasons reference includes a newer season launching August 4, 2026.
