There is no well-supported single “best” forged weapon for current standard BedWars: the Forge and its special weapons are listed as removed in the BedWars Wiki’s July 28, 2023 patch-notes archive. The question still makes sense for the historical Forge system—and possibly for a particular Lucky Block playlist—but the available references do not establish a current weapon ranking or confirm which playlists include Forge weapons.
First, what do you mean by “forged weapon”?
Here, “forged weapon” means a weapon from BedWars’ Forge mechanic, not a weapon from the separate Roblox game The Forge. The historical Forge offered five starting paths: Sword, Great Hammer, Dagger, Scythe, and Gauntlets. The BedWars Wiki’s Map Mechanics reference marks that content as removed.
The BedWars Wiki’s 2023 patch-notes archive lists Forge and Dagger, Hammer, Scythe, and Gauntlets under removed mechanics in its July 28, 2023 entry. This is evidence from a community-maintained archive, not a direct statement from the game developer. It supports treating Forge weapons as historical content rather than standard-mode purchases today.
Which weapon was best in the historical Forge?
The available references do not provide a dated, comparable test of damage, attack speed, reach, ease of landing hits, or overall performance for the five choices. So they cannot support a trustworthy ranking—even for the historical system, let alone for a current playlist.
#1 Best Overall
- Redemption: Online only. Robux cards can only be redeemed in a browser at Roblox.com/redeem. They cannot be redeemed in the Roblox mobile app or any video game console.

| Historical Forge path | What the available reference establishes | What it does not establish |
|---|---|---|
| Sword | One of the five listed starting choices in the BedWars Wiki’s Map Mechanics reference. | A comparative strength, special advantage, or current availability. |
| Great Hammer | One of the five listed starting choices. The historical Great Hammer reference also discusses Forge-level progression. | A current damage ranking or evidence that it is best overall. |
| Dagger | One of the five listed starting choices; the historical Forge reference associates its path with the Deathbloom upgrade. | A current ranking or version-specific performance comparison. |
| Scythe | One of the five listed starting choices in the BedWars Wiki’s Map Mechanics reference. | A documented advantage or current availability. |
| Gauntlets | One of the five listed starting choices in the BedWars Wiki’s Map Mechanics reference. | A documented advantage or current availability. |
Historical upgrades do not settle the question. The Forge reference associates Deathbloom with the Dagger path and Paragon with the Great Hammer path, but it does not show that either is the strongest option under a specified balance version. Those names are useful for understanding old progression, not as present-day standard-mode recommendations.
Could Forge weapons appear in Lucky Block?
The BedWars Wiki’s Forge Lucky Block reference describes Forge Lucky Blocks as appearing in Lucky Block modes and lists Forge weapons as game items. That does not confirm that a particular Lucky Block playlist currently includes them; availability can depend on the mode and its rotation. Check the in-game mode description and current patch notes before choosing a weapon on the assumption that it is obtainable.

How to choose if you encounter the Forge
If you are playing a legacy ruleset or a Lucky Block mode that actually includes Forge weapons, choose for that version and your own priorities—not for an assumed universal tier list. The references establish weapon names and some progression links, but they do not support claims that a particular path is best for burst damage, mobility, reach, combos, or ease of use.
- Confirm the setting: distinguish a legacy Forge ruleset from a specific Lucky Block mode.
- Check progression: historical references describe Forge-level gates for some upgrades, so confirm what you can unlock in that match.
- Use the version’s own evidence: older upgrade paths and item descriptions are not proof of current balance.
- Compare your actual options: if the mode offers multiple Forge paths, base your choice on what is available in that match rather than treating Deathbloom or Paragon as automatic winners.
What the evidence can—and cannot—tell you
The cited material is community-maintained BedWars Wiki content and an archived patch-note compilation. It supports the historical list of Forge choices, named upgrade paths, and the archive’s record that Forge content was removed in July 2023. It does not establish a current 2026 standard-mode ranking, exact availability in a particular playlist, or comparable weapon statistics.
