Stormwind’s guild heirloom vendor, Shay Pressler, is in the Visitor’s Center in the Trade District. If you want the main Alliance heirloom vendor rather than a guild vendor, go to Krom Stoutarm in Ironforge’s Hall of Explorers.
Where to find Shay Pressler
Look for the Visitor’s Center in Stormwind’s Trade District. Shay Pressler is listed as the city’s guild heirloom vendor, not as the main Alliance heirloom vendor. Wowhead’s Shay Pressler listing identifies his location and vendor role.
No independently confirmed current coordinates are established here, so use the in-game map rather than relying on a coordinate.
How to get directions in Stormwind
- Find a city guard and right-click to ask for directions to the Visitor’s Center.
- Use the map marker the guard places to navigate through the Trade District.
- Look for Shay Pressler inside the Visitor’s Center.

Is Shay Pressler the main Alliance heirloom vendor?
No. Shay is the guild vendor in Stormwind. The main Alliance heirloom vendor is Krom Stoutarm, in the Hall of Explorers in Ironforge. If you are looking for the general Alliance heirloom selection, head to Krom rather than assuming Shay carries the same stock.
