There isn’t one universal Ubisoft code page. Enter a Store promo or creator code in the Ubisoft Store cart; follow the offer’s own website for a promotion-specific code; use the retailer’s activation instructions for a PC game key; and redeem Ubisoft Connect Units in the Rewards area. Check the email or instructions that came with your code to identify which route applies.
Choose the redemption route by code type
| What you have | Where to redeem it |
|---|---|
| Ubisoft Store promo or creator code | In the Ubisoft Store cart summary |
| Code from a specific Ubisoft promotion | On the website or through the steps named in that promotion |
| Retailer PC game code | Through the retailer’s activation instructions, which may direct you to Ubisoft Connect |
| Ubisoft Connect Units | In Ubisoft Connect’s Rewards area; these are loyalty points, not game activation codes |
Redeem a Ubisoft Store promo or creator code
- Add an eligible product to your Ubisoft Store cart.
- In the cart summary, select “Add a promo code or creator code.”
- Enter the code as provided and select “Apply.”
- Check that the price changes as expected before completing the order.
Promotional codes have offer-specific eligibility criteria. Ubisoft’s Store FAQ says only one Ubisoft discount code can be used per purchase, and promotional codes cannot be combined. Check the terms for the offer and the products in your cart in Ubisoft Store’s legal information and FAQ.
Use the website named in a promotion
Some promotional game codes require a dedicated redemption site rather than the Store cart or a general activation screen. Follow the instructions in the promotion email or offer. For example, Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed Shadows XGimi promotion requires entering the emailed code on its specified redemption website, signing in to a Ubisoft account, choosing a platform, and submitting the claim. Ubisoft says this offer can be redeemed through 31 December 2026. Successful PC redemption adds the game to Ubisoft Connect PC; console redemption sends an email with a platform game key. These steps and deadline apply to that promotion only. See Ubisoft’s XGimi promotion instructions.
Activate a retailer PC game code
Retailers may provide their own activation flow. In Ubisoft’s Green Man Gaming example, the buyer selects “Redeem on Ubisoft Connect” after purchase, signs in to the Ubisoft account that should receive the game, then selects “Redeem” when prompted. Ubisoft says the game is then active on that account and can be downloaded and played through Ubisoft Connect PC. Use the exact steps supplied by your retailer; the Green Man Gaming flow is an example, not a universal process. See Ubisoft’s Green Man Gaming activation steps.

Redeem Ubisoft Connect Units for rewards
Units are loyalty points, not product activation codes. Ubisoft Connect is available through its desktop app and directly from supported games on PC and console. On console, open Ubisoft Connect from the game’s main menu, go to Rewards, select a reward, then choose Get it. If the Rewards tab is absent, Ubisoft says that game does not support Connect rewards. See Ubisoft’s console rewards instructions and the Ubisoft Connect overview.
Ubisoft currently illustrates exchanging 100 Units for a 20% Store discount. That offer excludes in-game purchases, subscriptions, and products that include virtual currency; availability and terms can change, so check the offer shown for your account and the Store terms. Ubisoft Store FAQ.

If the code does not work or the game is missing
The promo code is not applying
Confirm that the product qualifies under the offer’s terms and that you entered the code in the Store cart summary. Ubisoft’s Store instructions and restrictions are described in its Store FAQ.
The redeemed game is not in your PC library
Check that Ubisoft Connect is signed in to the same Ubisoft account used to activate or redeem the code. Ubisoft states that games and in-game content are linked to the account on which they were activated or redeemed. Its troubleshooting guidance also suggests clearing the Ubisoft Connect PC cache folder and restarting the app. Follow Ubisoft’s missing-game troubleshooting steps.

The code is reported as banned
Ubisoft says a code bought through an irregular selling process, such as from an unapproved retailer, may be banned. Contact the retailer for a replacement or refund; Ubisoft advises buying from Ubisoft or an approved retailer. See Ubisoft’s banned-code guidance.
The promotion’s instructions look different
Use the steps provided for that specific offer. A promotion may have its own redemption site, platform selection, or deadline, so do not assume that a Store checkout or Ubisoft Connect activation screen is the right place.
