To unlock Slim Frame Glasses in Final Fantasy XIV, obtain the item The Faces We Wear – Slim Frame Glasses and use it. A community guide updated December 25, 2024, reports two ways to get it: as a possible reward from the Cenote Ja Ja Gural Treasure Dungeon or through the Market Board.

Search for The Faces We Wear – Slim Frame Glasses, the miscellany item that unlocks Pair Of Slim Frame Glasses when used. The official Lodestone Eorzea Database entry identifies the item and its unlock effect; it displays Patch 7.56.
How to get the unlock item
Buy it from the Market Board
If you would rather spend gil than run a treasure dungeon, search the Market Board for the full item name, The Faces We Wear – Slim Frame Glasses. A community guide updated December 25, 2024 reports it is available there. Listings and prices vary, so check your own World’s current listings rather than relying on an old price.
Run Cenote Ja Ja Gural
The same guide lists the Cenote Ja Ja Gural Treasure Dungeon as a possible source. Eorzea Collection also classifies Slim Frame Glasses as a Treasure Hunt Drop and marks the facewear item tradable in its item listing. The Lodestone record confirms what the item unlocks, but does not specify where it drops; treat the dungeon route as reported community guidance, not an official acquisition location.

- Use the item from your inventory.
