Where to find the Deliverer in Fallout 4
The Deliverer is inside a sealed vault in the Switchboard, the Railroad’s former base in Lexington. It is tied to Tradecraft rather than being a general world pickup. The quest’s walkthrough lists the weapon as a reward, and its item reference places it in the Switchboard vault. Tradecraft quest reference · Deliverer item reference

How to get the Deliverer during Tradecraft

Start the Railroad quest Tradecraft, given by Desdemona. The quest includes the Old North Church among its locations. Tradecraft quest reference

Work with Deacon and enter the Switchboard in Lexington as part of the quest.

If you have not started Tradecraft
Go to the Railroad at the Old North Church and speak with Desdemona to begin the quest. Follow the Tradecraft objective with Deacon to reach the Switchboard; the vault search is part of that quest route. The quest reference lists Desdemona as the giver and Old North Church as a location. Tradecraft quest reference
