Duncan appears in two places in Hypixel SkyBlock: as an NPC in the Catacombs, where he sells an EPIC Farming Exp Boost for 1,500,000 coins, and as a rare visitor to the Garden. The community wiki does not name the exact Catacombs room where he stands, and it does not state a Garden-specific requirement for meeting him beyond the Garden’s own access rule.
Duncan in the Catacombs
The main place to find Duncan as a shop NPC is the Catacombs. The Hypixel SkyBlock community wiki describes him as a Catacombs NPC whose stock includes an EPIC Farming Exp Boost priced at 1,500,000 coins. Its NPC list also notes that his location is not fixed to a single spot, so do not rely on a remembered floor or room number when you search. The wiki pages checked do not give coordinates or a route through the dungeon.
If you are looking for him, the practical approach is to enter the Catacombs and check the NPCs you encounter, then confirm the name and the Farming Exp Boost offer before you spend coins. The price is the wiki’s figure and may have changed since the page was last edited.

Duncan as a Garden visitor
The Duncan wiki page records that he was added as a Garden visitor on December 5, 2025. The Garden page lists him as a RARE visitor, meaning he appears far less often than common visitors. He wants a Melon Slice, though the wiki does not specify how many. Visitors arrive occasionally rather than staying in one place, so treat a Garden appearance as a chance encounter, not a fixed location.
The Garden itself requires SkyBlock Level 5 to access. The wiki does not state a separate level or quest requirement for Duncan’s visit.

Duncan’s dialogue
Duncan’s community wiki entry records an in-game line: “I’m all out of Melons down in the Catacombs, you got any?” It is character dialogue from the game, not a quotation from a real person.
