For Lance’s Life of a Pharmacist quest, look for the green “Farmacia” sign by the collapsed highway, breach the locked entrance, then document four objects upstairs: a family photo, a piano, plants, and an item on a table.
Where is Arbusto Farmacia?
Head to the eastern region of Buried City and look for the pharmacy by the collapsed highway. Its green sign reading “Farmacia” is the clearest landmark. The quest objective uses the wording “Find the Arbusto Farmacia by the collapsed highway.” GameSpot’s location guide and the ARC Raiders Wiki quest entry identify the target by this location and landmark.
The entrance is locked, so you must breach it to get inside. Breaching may attract nearby ARC units or other raiders, so be prepared for a fight before opening the way.
How to complete Life of a Pharmacist
Once inside, use Lance’s camera to document four clues about the former pharmacist. Work through the rooms in this order:

- Go up the staircase and photograph the family photo on the wall at the top.
- In the same room, interact with the piano.
- Continue into the next room and interact with the plants on the dresser.
- In that room, interact with the item on the table behind the staircase.
These interactions document the pharmacist’s family, skills, hobby, and taste. The walkthrough says extraction is not required to complete the quest. It lists the rewards as one Defibrillator, one Surge Shield Recharger, and three Sterilized Bandages. See the quest walkthrough and its reward and completion details.
Don’t confuse it with A Reveal in Ruins
A Reveal in Ruins is a separate Lance quest. It asks for an ESR Analyser from any pharmacy in Buried City, so the named Arbusto location is not the only option for that objective.

The distinction matters: use Arbusto Farmacia for Life of a Pharmacist; for A Reveal in Ruins, choose either pharmacy, with Piazza Arbusto suggested for the more convenient extraction route. PC Gamer’s guide to A Reveal in Ruins covers that separate objective.
