Neither tower is universally better: the Tower of Waters gives Kubfu the Rapid Strike Urshifu path (Fighting/Water), while the Tower of Darkness leads to Single Strike Urshifu (Fighting/Dark). Choose based on which typing and signature-move style fit your team; if you mainly want the tower challenge that may feel easier for Kubfu, a secondary guide favors Darkness because Fighting attacks have an advantage against Dark-type opponents.

Rapid Strike Urshifu adds Water typing alongside Fighting. Consider this path if Water coverage better complements the rest of your team or you prefer an attacker whose cited signature move uses multiple hits.

Pick the Tower of Darkness for Single Strike
Single Strike Urshifu adds Dark typing alongside Fighting. It may suit a team that benefits more from Dark coverage, or a player who prefers the guide’s description of a powerful single strike.
Neither recommendation guarantees the stronger result in every battle. The cited comparison offers qualitative guidance, not a numeric damage test, win-rate comparison, or usage statistic. Judge the added type against your team’s existing coverage and the opponents you expect to face.

Is one Kubfu tower easier?
CyberPost describes the Tower of Darkness as comparatively easier for Kubfu because Fighting attacks have an advantage against Dark-type opponents. Treat that as a tactical assessment from a secondary guide, not an official or measured difficulty ranking. Your experience can depend on how Kubfu is prepared and how you approach the challenge.
