Which Regi is best for PvP?

Is Registeel or Regidrago better?

What about Regieleki and Regigigas?
The available current details do not establish a reliable PvP placement for either Pokémon that can be compared with the three listed above. Which Regi is best for raids?
There is no raid winner independent of the Raid Boss. Niantic’s guidance is to use attacks that are super effective against the boss’s type; that makes the boss’s typing and the available moves more relevant than a PvP league rank. Niantic’s Raid Boss help page explains the general approach.

- Compare the Regi’s available attacks with the boss’s weaknesses; don’t assume its PvP moves are the best raid choice.
- Choose based on the specific encounter rather than a family-wide ranking.

How to choose the right Regi for your team

- Check current eligibility and moves. League pools and rankings can change. Confirm that the Pokémon can enter your chosen league and that its recommended moves are available and appropriate.
- Match it to your team or target. In PvP, consider the opponents and roles your team needs to cover. In raids, prioritize attacks that exploit the boss’s type weakness.
- Evaluate the investment for that purpose. A PvP placement alone does not show that a Pokémon is a strong raid attacker, and the available sources do not establish comparable Stardust costs or current raid DPS for every Regi.
