Rykard’s brother is Starscourge Radahn, also known as General Radahn. They share the same parents: Radagon and Rennala. Their sister is Ranni.
How Rykard and Radahn are related
Rykard and Radahn are brothers because they are both children of Radagon and Rennala. Ranni is their sister, with the same parents. The Elden Ring reference entries for Rykard, Radahn and the demigods describe this family relationship.

Why they are called demigods
Radagon later became Queen Marika’s consort. Through that union, his children with Rennala became Marika’s demigod stepchildren; it does not change their parentage.
How the siblings fit into the Shattering
The siblings belong to the wider family conflict that followed the shattering of the Elden Ring. Bandai Namco’s official history, published 10 December 2021, describes the war as “Open, bitter war, pitting blood against blood and kin against kin,” and names General Radahn in its account. Bandai Namco’s official Elden Ring page likewise says Marika’s demigod offspring claimed Great Runes and that their conflict became the Shattering.
