Which platforms is UFC 4 available for?
EA’s UFC 4 product page lists PlayStation 4 and Xbox One and links to those console stores. EA’s launch announcement likewise said the game was available worldwide on those two platforms. EA gives August 14, 2020, as the release date.

Neither official listing names a PC edition. So if you are looking for an official way to play this specific game, EA identifies PS4 and Xbox One—not Windows PC.

During the launch period, an EA community manager answered a question about PC and Switch in an official EA UFC forum discussion: “No, there are currently no plans to have UFC 4 on PC or Switch.”

That is a historical statement about plans at the time, not a current roadmap or a permanent ruling. EA’s product page still lists only PS4 and Xbox One, but the official material cited here does not explain whether EA has reconsidered a PC release since launch.
Why isn’t it on PC?
EA’s cited platform listings and launch-era comment do not give a definitive reason. They establish the platforms EA listed and what its community manager said about plans at launch; they do not disclose the decision-makers’ rationale.
