Open character customization, choose Import Customization Data, enter the complete code, and apply it. These are appearance presets—not promotional redeem codes—and they do not award currency, outfits, mounts, or other rewards.
How to use a Where Winds Meet face code
- Open character customization. You can do this during character creation or through the appearance/customization route available in your current game client. Menu paths may change, so look for the import control on the customization screen rather than relying on a permanent path. CloudsPress’s guide describes the workflow.
- Choose Import Customization Data. PC Gamer’s November 2025 guide says to press V while customizing on PC. WWMCodex also reports a V prompt in its PC-editor instructions. On a controller, follow the button prompt shown on your screen.
- Enter the complete code and apply it. Paste the full text into the import field; some guides also describe importing from a QR image when one is provided. CloudsPress covers both methods.
- Review the result before finishing. Check the character from multiple angles, adjust details you want to change, and complete customization only when you are satisfied.
Import availability and controls may vary by platform, region, or game version. Current sources do not establish a reliable platform-wide compatibility list, so check the customization screen in your own client.
Best face-code examples to try
These are examples listed by PC Gamer on November 21, 2025, not guaranteed-current codes. Codes can stop working, so verify a source’s preview and attribution before using one.

For a fresher lead, WWMCodex says its eight listed codes were imported in the PC editor on September 1, 2026. That is a community guide’s stated check date, not an official compatibility guarantee. Prefer a gallery that shows the resulting character, names the creator, and gives a recent check date over an unattributed list.

Text codes or QR images?
Both methods can carry customization data; the better option depends on what the creator has shared and whether you can access it. Use the complete text code when it is available, or scan/import the QR image if the source provides one. Before applying either, check that the source is accessible and current, the preview matches the look you want, and any creator attribution is clear. The available guides do not establish a definitive compatibility matrix across platforms or clients.
How to spot an appearance code
Do not confuse face codes with promotional exchange codes. Appearance codes load customization data; they are not reward claims. CloudsPress notes that the often-repeated WWM-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX string should not be treated as a real appearance-code example, and that ARTa appears as a prefix in many global-client codes. This is a community-guide observation, not an official rule that every valid code must follow.

Does importing work on mobile?
That is not settled by the available sources. A Reddit discussion reports that the import option was unavailable to mobile users, while other recent search-result text claims mobile support. Neither establishes a universal current rule. Check whether Import Customization Data appears in your own mobile client; if it does not, the researched guides do not provide a confirmed workaround.
