Find the nearly empty bottle in Jova
Search the houses in Jova, in the Acasa Marshes, and examine a refrigerator downstairs for Bottle of Mead – Nearly Empty. In-game mystery information points to a house and its fridge; a walkthrough describes a house with a soldier on the balcony, but landmark descriptions vary. Use the house descriptions available in your game and prioritize checking the downstairs refrigerator rather than relying on one exact route.
Take the bottle to the drunk soldier in Jova. He accepts it, but it is not enough to finish the request: he asks you to bring him a full bottle.
Get the full bottle at the Lake Cynon Apiary
The full bottle is available later in the story. Complete Act 1 and progress through Chapter 2 to Pathom Abbey. After helping Jaffer with the Abbey situation, follow him to Lake Cynon.

At the Apiary, look beside the stone house. Abbot Jaffer is next to a case of mead; the Bottle of Mead – Full is found there. The item database and walkthroughs place it at this location, though they are secondary game-guide sources rather than official developer documentation.
Deliver the full bottle for the Jova Office Key
Return to Jova and give the full bottle to the drunk soldier. He gives you the Key – Jova Office, which opens the Captain’s Office associated with the mystery.
