NVIDIA’s December 4, 2025 GeForce NOW update announced roughly 30 games, led by the Epic Games Store version of ARC Raiders, Ubisoft versions of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II and Modern Warfare III, and four Activision titles available through Ubisoft+ Premium. The update also included RTX 5080-ready profiles for Fallout 76 and Enshrouded.
This was a December 2025 rollout, not a current promotion. The game additions were scheduled across the month, and NVIDIA’s temporary ARC Raiders bundle and holiday membership discount have expired.
The headline additions
ARC Raiders: the December listing was Epic, not Steam
NVIDIA added the Epic Games Store version of Embark Studios’ multiplayer extraction adventure ARC Raiders in its December lineup. The Steam version had already joined GeForce NOW in October 2025, so the December announcement did not represent the game’s first GeForce NOW appearance.
ARC Raiders is also available on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, but a GeForce NOW session uses a supported PC storefront edition. A GeForce NOW membership supplies the cloud gaming session; it does not generally give you ownership of the game. You normally need the matching Epic or Steam version, subject to the service’s current availability and account requirements. See the official ARC Raiders site for the game’s platform information.

Call of Duty came through Ubisoft
The December additions were:
- Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II — Ubisoft version
- Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III — Ubisoft version
NVIDIA presented these as part of an Activision catalog expansion delivered through Ubisoft’s cloud-streaming rights arrangement and associated with Ubisoft+ Premium. That does not mean every PC edition, console version, campaign, or downloadable-content package is automatically included for every GeForce NOW member.
These games should also not be confused with Call of Duty: Black Ops 7. NVIDIA discussed that title separately as part of its broader Blackwell-era GeForce NOW announcement.
Other Ubisoft+ Premium additions
The initial Activision group also included:
- Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy
- Spyro Reignited Trilogy
NVIDIA said additional Activision titles would follow. In practice, access depended on the relevant Ubisoft account, subscription eligibility, country, game edition and licensing status.

Games listed for December 2025
NVIDIA described the update as approximately 30 games arriving during December. The official announcement used different storefront paths, so ownership was not interchangeable between entries.

Rollout timing was spread across the month rather than guaranteeing simultaneous availability everywhere. NVIDIA’s official December announcement remains the best reference for the original storefront labels and schedule.
What “RTX 5080-ready” meant
NVIDIA identified Fallout 76 and Enshrouded as RTX 5080-ready in the December update. That describes the cloud server and performance profile available to eligible GeForce NOW members; it does not mean a phone, laptop, tablet or television contains an RTX 5080 GPU.

The feature was part of NVIDIA’s Blackwell-powered GeForce NOW upgrade for the Ultimate tier. NVIDIA associated that upgrade with RTX 5080-class cloud hardware, DLSS 4 and streaming up to 5K at 120 frames per second in supported circumstances. Those are platform capabilities, not universal guarantees. Actual results depend on membership tier, regional server availability, game support, device and display compatibility, and network quality.
A 5K/120fps stream also requires a suitable display and connection path. Cloud hardware cannot remove Wi-Fi interference, packet loss, congestion, distance from the data center or input latency. Fast multiplayer games such as ARC Raiders and Call of Duty are generally less forgiving of those problems than slower single-player games.
What you needed to play
- A GeForce NOW account and suitable membership. Free users may face queues, session limits or lower-priority access under the service’s current rules. Premium tiers provide the features NVIDIA discussed, but a membership alone does not include every game.
- The correct game access route. Steam ownership does not automatically unlock an Epic or Ubisoft edition. The same principle applies to Xbox and Game Pass access.
- Linked accounts. Depending on the title, you may need to connect GeForce NOW to Steam, Epic Games, Xbox/Microsoft or Ubisoft and sign in to the relevant launcher.
- A supported device and stable connection. The service can run on many devices, but the quality of the session depends on the device path, display, controller or keyboard-and-mouse support, and network conditions.
Ubisoft+ Premium changed the access equation for the Ubisoft-listed Activision games: it could provide access to the relevant Ubisoft catalog where eligible, while GeForce NOW provided the remote hardware and streaming session. Catalog rules, country availability and supported editions could change independently.

Promotions that have expired
The ARC Raiders 12-month Ultimate membership bundle was available only through November 20, 2025. NVIDIA’s December holiday offer discounted the first month of a premium membership by 50% through December 30, 2025. Neither promotion should be treated as available now.

Why the update mattered—and who benefited
The December lineup was strongest for players who wanted new releases or Activision games without buying a high-end gaming PC. It also gave Ultimate members two additional games highlighted for RTX 5080-class cloud performance.

It was less compelling for someone who already ran these games locally, owned a different storefront edition, lived far from a suitable GeForce NOW data center or had unreliable broadband. The headline list should therefore be read as a set of supported game-and-storefront combinations, not as a universal game library included with one subscription.
Because this was a December 2025 announcement, individual titles may have changed status after the rollout because of patches, licensing, regional restrictions or catalog updates. NVIDIA’s current supported-games information is the appropriate check before purchase: NVIDIA’s supported-games page.
