e.l.f. announced a real-world shopping test inside Roblox on July 1, 2024: U.S. users aged 13 and older could buy a small selection of physical products through a kiosk in the e.l.f. UP! experience. Eligible purchases also came with Roblox avatar items. That announcement confirms the launch, not that the kiosk or its products are still available today.
What e.l.f. products were offered on Roblox?
The 2024 kiosk featured a limited selection—not e.l.f.’s full product catalog. Its announced products and associated virtual items were:

These products and item pairings were listed in e.l.f.’s July 1, 2024 announcement. It described the digital items as “virtual twins” provided with eligible purchases; it did not publish a complete redemption, expiration, or replacement policy.
How did the in-game purchase work?
Shopping took place at a virtual kiosk inside e.l.f. UP!, a branded Roblox experience that launched in November 2023. It was a physical-product checkout initiated within a game—not a Robux-priced avatar item or a general listing in the Roblox Marketplace. The purchased goods were intended for delivery outside Roblox.

The original announcement said U.S. visitors aged 13 and older could use the kiosk on mobile and desktop. It did not lay out every checkout screen or establish current shipping charges, delivery times, taxes, return terms, or payment details.
At launch, the practical path was to enter e.l.f. UP!, find the in-world kiosk, review the products and terms shown there, and complete the physical-product checkout. Any digital twin depended on the eligible-purchase offer and its redemption rules.

Can you still buy physical e.l.f. products through Roblox?
The available official announcements confirm that the test launched, but do not confirm that the same kiosk, stock, prices, or checkout remain active now. Treat the physical-shopping offer as a dated 2024 launch unless the live e.l.f. UP! experience displays a working kiosk and current terms.
If you want to check, open the experience in Roblox and look for the kiosk and its current purchase information. Confirm the product is in stock, the checkout is available to your account and location, and any virtual-twin offer is still included before paying. The 2024 announcement does not establish current prices or inventory.

Who was eligible, and what should parents check?
For the original e.l.f. test, the stated audience was U.S. users aged 13 and older. Roblox’s broader commerce announcement in May 2025 likewise described physical commerce for U.S. users aged 13 and older, subject to state-specific rules; Roblox said Texas required users to be 18 or older for commerce. These later platform rules do not verify the current eligibility or availability of e.l.f.’s particular kiosk.
- Check the account holder’s age and any location-specific restrictions before attempting a real-money purchase.
- Review the checkout carefully: a physical order is different from spending Robux on a digital item, and shipping, taxes, returns, and customer service may follow the merchant’s terms.
- Confirm how an advertised virtual twin is delivered and whether the offer has limits or an end date.

How Roblox shopping and e.l.f.’s digital makeup differ
Roblox’s later commerce and makeup initiatives broadened the context, but they are separate from the original physical-product test.

Roblox announced its dedicated avatar Makeup category on March 31, 2026, with more than 100 items at launch and mix-and-match makeup for areas including eyes, face, lips, eyelashes, and eyebrows. e.l.f. was a title sponsor and founding launch partner. These are digital avatar cosmetics, not evidence that physical e.l.f. products are still sold in Roblox.

What changed after the original e.l.f. kiosk?
Roblox expanded physical-commerce tools
In May 2025, Roblox announced Commerce APIs for eligible brands and creators, initially using Shopify as its integration partner, with commerce beginning for U.S. users aged 13 and older and state-specific qualifications. Roblox also described a program connecting off-platform purchases with digital items. This was a broader platform development; it does not establish that e.l.f.’s 2024 kiosk adopted those tools or remains live.
e.l.f. added a virtual makeup experience
e.l.f. launched Glow Up! on Roblox on December 18, 2025, as a makeup-focused game for players aged 13 and older. Its announcement describes layered makeup, themed challenges, and character customization—not a physical-product checkout. Roblox later linked e.l.f.’s digital makeup activity to both Glow Up! and e.l.f. UP!. Read e.l.f.’s Glow Up! launch announcement for details.
For e.l.f.’s role in the avatar-makeup partnership, see the company’s announcement with Roblox. A digital look or virtual try-on experience lets a player customize an avatar; it is not a test of how a physical product will look on a person’s face.
Where to look if you want a product now
If you want a physical e.l.f. product, check the company’s official store for current products and terms; that is ordinary retail shopping, not confirmation of a Roblox promotion. If you want avatar makeup, check Roblox’s Makeup category. For branded gameplay, look for e.l.f. UP! or Glow Up! in Roblox, while treating the experience itself as separate from a physical order.
