No working official Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile 2.3 Beta APK + OBB download is available. Activision says the game’s servers went offline on April 17, 2026, and the game is no longer playable. An old client and its data files cannot bring the online service back. For a current Call of Duty game on Android, use the official Call of Duty: Mobile listing on Google Play instead.
Warzone Mobile’s official status
Activision says Warzone Mobile was removed from app stores in May 2025. New seasonal content, gameplay updates, social features, and real-money in-app purchases had already been discontinued. The company attributed the decision to the game not meeting expectations with mobile-first players compared with PC and console audiences. Its service-change notice says the servers went offline on April 17, 2026, after which the game would no longer be available to play.
Activision accounts remain usable outside the game, but guest accounts used in Warzone Mobile are no longer accessible through the shut-down service. The current Warzone Mobile support hub directs users to the service-change information.
Is “version 2.3 Beta” an official build?
No current official release has been verified under that name. Activision’s service notice confirms the shutdown; it does not identify or validate a “2.3 Beta” APK. The label could refer to an old beta or limited-release package, an unofficial archive entry, a modified app, or simply a misleading listing. A version number on a download page is not proof that Activision published or supports the file.

Even if an archive preserves an old application package, that establishes neither official endorsement nor present-day playability. Do not treat a page promising a “latest,” “working 2026,” “unlocked,” or “official beta” build as evidence that the service has returned.
Why APK and OBB files cannot restore the game
An APK contains the app itself; an OBB file contains local game data. Neither supplies Activision’s online services. The game depended on live systems for authentication, accounts, matchmaking, progression, and content. With the service shut down, installing an old client may result in a failed launch, an authentication hang, or a service-unavailable message rather than a playable game.

A VPN changes a network route, not the status of the servers. An emulator does not recreate them either. A modified client advertised as bypassing authentication or enabling offline play is not an official release; such a claim is not supported by Activision’s notice and can expose your device or accounts to risk.
How to assess a claimed download
Third-party hosting alone does not prove that a file is fraudulent or malicious, but it also does not establish that Activision published it. Use these checks before trusting a download page:

- Check whether the download is on an official Activision or Google Play domain and whether the publisher identity matches the claimed game.
- Be wary of promises such as “offline mode,” “server bypass,” “unlimited CP,” “mod menu,” or “anti-ban.” They do not demonstrate an authorized, functioning release.
- Stop if the page relies on fake download buttons, survey redirects, a separate installer, a password-protected archive, or requests that you disable device security.
- Question permissions unrelated to gameplay, including accessibility, SMS, contacts, notification access, or device-administrator access.
- Do not assume a file is Warzone Mobile just because its filename says so; it may be another Call of Duty app or a wrapper that displays advertisements.
Download the official Android alternative
Call of Duty: Mobile is a separate game, not a replacement Warzone Mobile client and not evidence that Warzone Mobile has returned. Google Play lists it under Activision Publishing, Inc.; the listing describes Multiplayer and Battle Royale content and states that an internet connection is required. The official app manages its own resource downloads, so there is no reason to obtain a Warzone Mobile OBB from a random mirror.
- Open Google Play and search for Call of Duty: Mobile.
- Confirm the publisher is Activision Publishing, Inc., then install the official Google Play listing.
- Launch the game and let it download any required resources through its own update system.
If you already downloaded or installed an unofficial package
- If you have not opened it, do not install or run the APK. Delete it, its OBB archive, and any accompanying installer.
- If you installed the app, uninstall it and remove its downloaded files.
- Run the device’s built-in security scan, such as Google Play Protect, and review recently granted permissions. Revoke access you do not recognize, particularly accessibility, SMS, contacts, storage, notification, and device-administrator access.
- If you entered Activision, Google, social-media, or payment credentials into the app or a linked page, change those passwords and review account-security activity.
- For a playable Call of Duty game, install Call of Duty: Mobile from its official Google Play listing.
These are precautionary steps, not a claim that every third-party APK contains malware.
