What is in the book?
KADOKAWA describes a planned mix of reference material, story content and interviews. The game is an original psychological-horror story written by Ryukishi07, with creature designs by kera; it follows high school student Shimizu Hinako in Ebisugaoka, where a mysterious fog transforms her hometown, according to KONAMI’s game announcement.

How is the physical book different from the digital artbook?
KONAMI separately describes a digital artbook as a bonus for digital editions of SILENT HILL f. The KADOKAWA item is a standalone physical reference book with its own ISBN, page count and scheduled publication date. The two are distinct products, and the available descriptions do not establish that their contents are identical.
