Announced in September 2024 and developed with esports organization Fnatic, it also offers a 24.5-inch playing mode and FPS Pro picture modes aimed at competitive play.
What are the INZONE M10S’s resolution and refresh rate?
The M10S uses a 27-inch OLED panel with QHD resolution (2560 × 1440). Its maximum refresh rate is 480Hz over DisplayPort and HDMI, according to Sony’s specifications. Reaching that rate in a game depends on the PC, connection, settings and game producing enough frames; the panel’s maximum does not mean every title will run at 480 frames per second.
Sony lists response time of up to 0.03ms. That is the manufacturer’s stated figure, not an independent test result. The US model identifier is SDM-27Q10S.
What competitive gaming features does it offer?
24.5-inch playing mode
A 24.5-inch playing mode gives players an option to use a smaller active image area, a format familiar to some competitive players. Sony does not describe this as a separate physical panel size: the monitor itself remains 27 inches.
#1 Best Overall
- LIGHTNING-FAST OLED DISPLAY: The INZONE M10S delivers ultra-low latency and 480Hz refresh rate, offering a 0.03ms response time (GtG) in QHD resolution for smooth, responsive FPS gaming.
- LOW PROFILE STAND: The 4mm thin base maximizes desk space, offering more flexible keyboard and mouse setups. Includes height, tilt, and ±180° swivel adjustments, plus 100mmx100mm VESA compatibility.
- TOURNAMENT READY: Developed with Fnatic e-sports team and packed with tournament ready features - Easily swap to a 24.5” mode alongside dedicated First Person Shooter (FPS Pro/plus) modes for enhanced contrasts during fast-paced games.
- HIGH-PERFORMANCE COOLING STRUCTURE: OLED panel includes a fan-less, passive cooling system, with a custom heatsink to prevent burn in and ensure long-term use.
- CUSTOM HEATSINK plus OLED CARE: Fan-less, high-performing cooling structure ensures long term of the panel. OLED care features include pixel/panel refresh, static image detection, pixel shift and screen saver.
FPS Pro picture modes
FPS Pro modes are intended to support visibility and motion clarity in first-person shooters. Picture presets can change how an image looks, but they do not guarantee a competitive advantage; preference and game conditions matter.
Fnatic development partnership
Sony says the monitor was developed with Fnatic and positions it for tournament use. That establishes the partnership and intended audience, not independent validation of performance in competition.

Is the M10S a good fit for competitive PC gaming?
Its combination of QHD resolution, OLED, and a 480Hz maximum refresh rate is aimed at players who prioritize fast motion and high frame rates. The practical value of 480Hz depends on whether your PC and the games you play can deliver frame rates near that level. A 1440p image can also require more GPU performance than a lower-resolution display, so consider your hardware and the titles you play rather than treating 480Hz as an automatic upgrade.
- Consider it if: you play competitive games, value high refresh rates, and have a system capable of driving high frame rates at QHD.
- Compare alternatives if: your games rarely approach very high frame rates or you would rather prioritize another resolution, features, or price point.
