Is Vixen 357 coming to Steam in 2026?
Yes. As of October 3, 2026, Steam lists a planned 2026 release, but does not give a specific date and marks the game as not yet available. The year is a plan, not confirmation of a launch date. Steam credits Extreme as developer and Ratalaika Games S.L. and Shinyuden as publishers of this PC release.
The Steam page describes the game as a sci-fi simulation title and lists Windows 10 and a 64-bit processor and operating system as minimum requirements. It advertises English, Spanish (Spain), and Japanese interface and subtitle support.

It is a tactical strategy RPG built around turn-based battles on grid maps. Players move and attack with VECTOR mechs to satisfy each map’s victory condition. How do battles and permanent losses work?
Defeated pilots and machines are lost, according to Game*Spark, making the choice of who pilots which mech and how units are used consequential beyond a single encounter. Steam also describes permadeath and highlights the freedom to assign any VECTOR to any character. This gives the game’s tactical decisions a persistent cost: losing a unit can affect the forces available in later battles.

What does the Steam version add?
Steam advertises a gallery of original illustrations, posters, and box art, as well as rewind and turbo functions, cheats, save states, and screen filters. These are features described on the store page; the PC version has not yet been released, so they should be understood as announced features rather than independently tested behavior.
