Use Airtel broadband only after testing its sustained upload performance at your streaming location, plan deliberate restarts before YouTube’s 12-hour archive limit, and keep a local recording if the replay matters. Choose how the 24/7 feed will run
For a fixed, produced yoga breathing feed, the do-it-yourself approach is to send prerecorded video and audio from an encoder to YouTube Live. The encoder needs a steady upstream connection, and someone should monitor stream health and manage restarts. A backup encoder can help if the primary encoder fails, but it cannot fix an Airtel broadband outage.
“24/7” is best understood as an always-available channel maintained through monitored sessions and planned handoffs—not a guarantee that one encoder session will never fail or that YouTube will archive an arbitrarily long broadcast.
Prepare YouTube Live and your stream content
Check channel eligibility and protect the key
- Verify your YouTube channel and confirm it has no live-streaming restriction in the preceding 90 days; YouTube lists both as prerequisites for live streaming.
- In your encoder, enter the YouTube Live server URL and stream key. YouTube treats the key like the password and address for your stream: keep it private, and reset it if you believe it has been exposed.
- Use RTMPS where available. Before going public, inspect YouTube’s preview and confirm the expected picture and sound are present.
Clear the rights to every element
Use original or properly licensed breathing audio, music, visuals, and other material. YouTube’s live-stream terms require the rights necessary for the content, including music licensing rights, and require compliance with its Community Guidelines and applicable law. A track being available online does not by itself establish that you may use it in a live stream.

Set video quality for Airtel’s measured upload capacity
Choose resolution and bitrate using repeatable upload measurements from the computer that will stream, not the download speed advertised for a broadband plan. YouTube advises choosing a quality that is reliable for your connection and recommends running an upload speed test. Test at the times the channel will operate, with the planned audio and movement; leave practical headroom rather than setting the encoder at the full measured upload rate.
YouTube’s current encoder settings recommend H.264, CBR, a two-second keyframe interval (not exceeding four seconds), and RTMPS where available. Its settings table lists 6 Mbps as the recommended bitrate for 1080p at 30 fps. Treat that as an example recommendation, not a universal requirement: use YouTube’s current table and your own sustained upload results to select settings.

- Use a wired Ethernet connection between the streaming computer and router if the setup supports it.
- Run realistic tests long enough to reveal unstable upload performance; a single speed test is not proof of sustained capacity.
- Check YouTube’s stream-health information and watch the feed on its watch page during testing.
What Airtel broadband does—and does not—guarantee
Airtel’s India Xstream Fiber plans page advertises speeds up to 1 Gbps and unlimited data. Airtel’s published broadband terms also apply a Fair Usage Policy: after 3333 GB in a billing cycle, speed may be reduced. Airtel says the policy may be amended. These are published details checked on 2026-10-03, not a promise of a particular upload rate or uninterrupted service on your line.
Confirm fiber availability and current plan terms for your address, then measure the installed service at the streaming computer. Do not assume Xstream Fiber and AirFiber have the same performance, or infer upload speed, latency, or uptime from an advertised plan speed. If public availability is mission-critical, ask Airtel about support options and consider a genuinely independent backup connection; no specific Airtel uptime or backup-program claim is established here.

Test the complete setup before going public
- Run a private or unlisted stream using the same video, breathing audio, movement, bitrate, and resolution intended for the public feed.
- Verify the YouTube preview and watch page, picture and sound, stream health, and access to the page from a viewer’s perspective.
- Record locally and confirm the recording file is growing and playable. Keep that recording if the replay is valuable.
- If you need protection against a primary encoder failure, prepare a backup encoder and test the handoff. YouTube recommends stopping the primary encoder or disconnecting its Ethernet cable to check whether the player rolls over to the backup.
- If short power interruptions are a concern, consider a UPS battery backup for router and streaming PC. Size it for the actual equipment load and the runtime you need. A UPS cannot protect against a broadband outage or YouTube failure.
Schedule sessions and preserve replays
YouTube says streams under 12 hours can be automatically archived, while streams exceeding 12 hours may not be captured at all. If a YouTube replay matters, plan sessions shorter than 12 hours, prepare the next session before ending the current one, and retain a local recording. Make the handoff deliberate and check that the new feed is healthy; a planned restart is not a guarantee of seamless playback for viewers.
During operation, monitor audio, video, and stream health instead of assuming an unlimited-data plan guarantees a live broadcast. Keep the stream key secure and have someone responsible for checking the feed and initiating planned restarts.
