To complete Liberty Falls’ Aetherella side Easter egg in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Zombies, use the Thrustodyne M23 (Jet Gun) to suction up all nine Aetherella figurines: four inside Olly’s Comics and five around town. Collecting the last one transforms the player who picked it up into Aetherella for a temporary eye-laser attack.
What you need before collecting the figurines
Bring the Thrustodyne M23, better known as the Jet Gun. Its suction function collects the small Aetherella figures; ordinary weapons cannot do the job. Gameranx says the Jet Gun can come from random sources such as the Mystery Box or reward chests, or be built from parts at the Motor Lodge workbench. The figures can be collected in any order, so the route below is arranged for easy navigation rather than being a required sequence.
Find the four figurines inside Olly’s Comics
Olly’s Comics is the shop with the life-sized Aetherella statue. Activision’s official Liberty Falls overview describes the statue as a draw for visitors to the town. Search the shop’s counters, shelves and front window for these four figures:
- Counter by Backstreet Parking: Look on the counter to the right of the door leading to Backstreet Parking.
- Shelf by the Aetherella statue: Check the wall shelf to the left of the Aetherella trap statue.
- Front window sill: Look for a figure lying face down on the sill of the front window that faces Riverside.
- Shelf by Quick Revive: Check the shelf to the left of the Quick Revive machine.
Find the five figurines around Liberty Falls
After searching the comic shop, use the Jet Gun’s suction to collect the five figures outside. They sit on prominent signs, a church window, a flower-shop ledge and a rooftop.

- Motel sign: On the red Motel sign along East Main Street, north of the Motor Lodge.
- Church window: At the Dark Aether church forecourt, on the first stained-glass window to the right of the main entrance.
- Lily’s Flowerpot: Look on the flower shop’s window or exterior ledge on Washington Avenue.
- Liberty Lanes sign: On West Main Street, climb onto the bus and aim below the large Liberty Lanes letters.
- Yummy Freeze rooftop: Reach the Yummy Freeze rooftops from the Savings & Loans bank roof, known as The Alamo, using the purchased door and drop route. Look across the roof near two generators or air-conditioning units.
What happens when you collect all nine?
Picking up the final figure triggers the transformation: the player who collected it becomes Aetherella, moves around and automatically fires eye lasers. Guides describe the effect as temporarily invulnerable, but its exact duration is not established here. Gameranx also reports that activating the Aetherella trap in Olly’s Comics can provide a speed boost while transformed. Completing the side Easter egg is associated with the “World Domination” trophy or achievement on a first completion.
Why some guides give a different figure count
One Gameranx guide states a total of eight, but its listed locations and several other guides support nine: four in Olly’s Comics and five around Liberty Falls. This walkthrough follows the nine-figure count and enumerated locations reported by Game8, GINX TV, Zombies Codex and Gamerpillar.
