In Battlefield 6, “Global Game Quota Exceeded” is a matchmaking or game-join capacity error. EA says players may be queued when servers are full until space opens. If the message appears while starting a Portal experience, unavailable hosting slots are a plausible explanation reported in an EA Forums discussion—but not a confirmed cause for every case.
What the error means

Why it can appear when hosting in Portal
Players have reported this message when trying to host Portal experiences. In the related EA Forums discussion, a community manager suggested that hosting may fail when no slots are available at that time and advised trying again later. That makes capacity a plausible explanation for Portal reports, but the discussion does not establish that every occurrence has the same cause or guarantee that retrying will work.
What to try
