To see gamepasses you bought, sign in to the Roblox account that purchased them in a web browser, then open Robux → Robux balance → My Transactions → Purchases. Roblox calls gamepasses Experience Passes; that Purchases filter shows the transaction history for virtual items and passes.
Check your Roblox pass purchase history

Sign in to Roblox in a web browser using the account that bought the pass. If you use more than one account, check the username before continuing.

Click the Robux icon in the upper-right corner.

Click the displayed Robux balance or amount to open My Transactions.

Open the transaction filter and choose Purchases. Roblox says this view includes purchase history for virtual items and passes. Roblox Support: Where are my Robux?

The documented route is for a web browser. Roblox’s cited instructions do not specify an equivalent set of taps in the mobile app.
Find the pass in its experience
Roblox uses the term Experience Pass for a gamepass: a pass tied to a particular experience that can grant perks or abilities. Passes are offered on that experience’s Store page, and their features are set and maintained by the creator. Roblox Support: Experience Passes

If you want to check what a pass is meant to do, open the relevant experience’s Store page or review its in-experience instructions. A transaction record confirms a purchase; it does not explain how a creator implemented a perk.
Distinguish passes from avatar items and receipts

Experience Pass: Check the transaction in My Transactions → Purchases. To locate an available pass or its description, check the experience’s Store page.

Avatar Marketplace item: Check your Roblox Inventory and the relevant inventory category. Inventory is a different place from the pass purchase history. Roblox Support: Where is the item I just bought with Robux?

If a purchased pass is missing or its perk does not work

Confirm that you are signed in to the Roblox account that made the purchase, then check My Transactions → Purchases.

If the purchase appears but the benefit is missing or malfunctioning, contact the experience’s creator using the message, group, or social-link options available on Roblox.
