No—not according to Restream’s documented scheduled-video features. Restream can start prerecorded YouTube events automatically at their scheduled times, and some plans let one video repeat up to 10 times. That is finite playback within an event, not a promise that one YouTube live broadcast stays connected between separate scheduled videos.
What Restream’s prerecorded-video features do
Restream describes prerecorded videos and playlists as scheduled events: the event begins automatically at its set time. Its prerecorded-event documentation also describes an option to loop a single video up to 10 times, available on the Marathon and Media add-on plans. Restream’s overview likewise describes scheduling a video or playlist and looping playback up to 10 times.
Those features cover an event’s scheduled start and repeated playback. Restream’s cited documentation does not say that separate scheduled events are joined into one uninterrupted YouTube broadcast. A finite loop should not be treated as continuous 24/7 streaming.

YouTube event controls that can require manual action
Restream’s YouTube event guide covers Studio, RTMP, video-file, and playlist setups, and says a YouTube event can only be gone live to once. It advises against going live before the scheduled time. YouTube may allow a scheduled event to start early or late without a platform-imposed time restriction, but that flexibility concerns when an event starts; it does not establish a continuous bridge between distinct events.

- Auto-start disabled: after starting the feed from Restream, you must click Go Live on YouTube.
- Auto-stop disabled: after stopping the Restream feed, you must end the event on YouTube.
YouTube Help also notes that viewers can receive a notification as a scheduled stream or Premiere is about to begin. A scheduled start can therefore serve a different purpose from keeping a channel continuously live.
