If a Fortnite skin bundle is missing after purchase, first check which store processed the order and whether Fortnite is using the Epic account linked to that purchase. Then verify the order in that store’s purchase history. For PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and Samsung purchases, Epic says the content can take up to two hours to appear; check the device’s date and time while you wait. If the order is confirmed but the bundle remains missing, contact the store that took payment or Epic Support, depending on where you bought it.
1. Confirm the Epic account used in Fortnite
Compare the Epic account currently signed in to Fortnite with the account linked to the receipt or platform order. A purchase can seem missing when Fortnite is open on a different account than the one that made it. Epic says cosmetics stay on the account where they were purchased, earned, or claimed; they cannot be manually transferred to another account. Epic’s console purchase guidance and Epic’s Epic Games Store purchase guidance identify account mismatch as a possible cause.
2. Check the purchase record in the store that charged you
Use the receipt or order history of the storefront where you paid. Epic Games Transaction History does not include purchases made through console and other third-party storefronts, so an absent Epic transaction entry does not establish that a PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, or Samsung purchase failed. For Epic Games Store orders, Epic says a receipt or Transaction History entry means the payment went through. If there is no receipt and no transaction entry, its guidance says the purchase may not have completed. If your payment provider shows a charge but Epic has no receipt or record, ask the provider to verify the transaction status. Epic’s purchase troubleshooting guidance.

3. Allow time for console and Samsung purchases to appear
For purchases made on PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, or Samsung devices, Epic says it can take up to two hours for a purchase to show on the account. Check that the device’s date and time are correct, including its intended time zone, and allow that interval before escalating. Epic’s console purchase article.
On a console, Epic’s guidance also suggests reinstalling Fortnite from the account that made the purchase as a way to check that the correct console account is in use. If the bundle remains missing after checking the account, order, and timing, contact that console platform’s support.

4. Escalate with the order details
If you bought through Epic Games Store
If Transaction History or a receipt confirms the completed Epic Store purchase but Fortnite still lacks the bundle, submit a support request to Epic. Include the order number and the name of the missing content.
If you bought through a console or another storefront
Contact the platform or store whose purchase history shows the order. Those purchases are managed outside Epic’s Transaction History, so the storefront that processed payment is the right place to verify or investigate its order. Epic’s console guidance.

5. Don’t use return options to try to restore a missing bundle
Fortnite’s cosmetic purchase history and recent-purchase views cover the previous 30 days. That is a limit on the history or return screens, not a window for transferring or restoring content. Fortnite’s V-Bucks cancel and return policy excludes cosmetic bundles; those options apply only to eligible purchases and remove the eligible content in exchange for V-Bucks, rather than restoring missing content. Epic says refunds or payment reversals can automatically remove items. For removals covered by Epic’s content-removal guidance, Player Support cannot restore the items. If the purchase came through a third-party seller, contact that seller or platform.
