How the horse unlock works
The horse is reported to appear as a wild mount in the world rather than as a standard shop purchase. Recent guides say to watch for the server’s escaped-horse alert, travel to the named area, tame the horse, and then pay 15,000 Wen at the confirmation prompt. Check your inventory afterward for the Horse item.

Fix the problem that is blocking you
No horse appears
Watch server chat for an escaped-horse announcement and follow the location it names. Guides commonly report Bamboo Grove and Windy Peak as spawn areas, with appearances roughly every 20–30 minutes. That timing is an unofficial estimate, not a guaranteed schedule. Another player may reach the horse first, so head to the alerted area promptly and search nearby.

You found a horse, but cannot interact
Stand beside the wild horse and look for the interaction prompt; guides report using T. If the prompt is missing, recheck the live on-screen prompt and make sure you are at the horse named by the alert. The guides do not establish a verified fix for a missing prompt. Moving away and back or joining another server are general troubleshooting ideas, not confirmed horse-specific solutions.
The taming challenge fails
Click when the shrinking outer ring meets the target, repeating the timing action until the meter reaches 100%. Guides report that a failed attempt knocks you off and costs 10 HP. If you survive, approach the horse and try again; keep enough health for another attempt.

The meter reaches 100%, but you still do not own a horse
Have 15,000 Wen available before you begin. The completed meter leads to a purchase prompt; confirm it, then check your inventory for the Horse item. If you lack the currency or leave the prompt unconfirmed, the guides say the horse is not claimed.
You expected a map or fast travel
The Book of Guidance is a separate unlock, not part of horse ownership. The Slayers 2 mounts guide links the book’s navigation features to completing the Lost Pages quest. Getting a horse does not substitute for that quest.

What optional tools do—and do not do
AllThingsHow reports a Horse Spawn Locator gamepass at 120 Robux. It is described as helping locate a spawn; it does not grant the horse, reduce the 15,000 Wen cost, or skip the taming challenge. Gamepass availability and price may change, so verify the current Roblox listing before buying. The locator is useful only if finding the spawn is your obstacle.
The blockers are distinct: finding the event, interacting and completing the challenge, having enough Wen, and confirming the purchase. The Book of Guidance handles navigation, while the locator helps with spawn location; neither replaces the horse’s payment and taming steps.
