When you start, use the opening tutorial or an in-game controls display, if available, to confirm how to move, select a unit or command, and confirm or cancel an action. Until those details are verified in the Switch version, treat any specific button mapping as unconfirmed.
How does combat work?
The confirmed overview is brief: Nintendo describes the battles as grid-based, and says recruiting allies is part of the adventure. The publisher’s description follows Lloyd von Reuental as he tries to recover a stolen relic and stop the Elven Queen from awakening an ancient god.

- How do you select an attack or other action, and what ends the unit’s turn?
- Does the game show attack range or explain how distance affects a move?
- Are status effects explained, and where can you review them later?
- How are allies recruited, and when do they become available in battles?
These checks help you learn the rules the Switch release actually uses without presuming that a particular character, formation, or strategy is best.
Which play modes are listed?
Nintendo lists TV, tabletop, and handheld modes, with one player on one system. Its store page estimates a 2.4 GB game file size; that is Nintendo’s estimate, not a measured download. The listing does not state that controls or performance differ among the three play modes.
