To change your Roblox account email, sign in and go to Settings > Account Info > Update Email. Enter the new address and your current Roblox password, then confirm the change using the message Roblox sends to the new address. Roblox also sends an alert to the previous address.

Sign in to the Roblox account you want to update.

Open Settings. In a browser, select the gear icon in the upper-right corner. In the mobile app, open More (the three-dot menu), then Settings.

Select Account Info.

Select Update Email (shown with a pencil-and-paper icon).

Enter the new email address and your current Roblox account password.

Open the confirmation message Roblox sends to the new address and follow its instructions to finish the change.

If you can’t complete the change
You can’t sign in or don’t know the password
Use Roblox’s account recovery flow if an email address or phone number is attached to the account. If neither is attached, Roblox says the recovery feature cannot reset the password; contact Roblox Support instead. Roblox requires verification of account ownership before resetting an account or changing its information.
The confirmation message hasn’t arrived
Check the new address’s inbox and Spam or Junk folder. If the verification email has not arrived within a few minutes, Roblox’s guidance says to add [email protected] to your contacts and try again. Roblox’s email-verification instructions

Email sign-in does not work
Email login requires a verified address. Check that you entered the exact address associated with the account, or sign in with your username. If an email is associated with more than one username, Roblox says you may need to use the username. Roblox’s email-login guidance
The account belongs to someone under 13
Roblox describes a parental recovery email option under Settings > Account Info. Ask a parent to verify their email as the parental recovery email. Roblox notes that this address can differ from the email on the parent’s linked Roblox account. Roblox’s verification guidance

You received an unexpected email-change alert
Roblox says the previous address receives an alert when the account email changes. If you did not request the change, treat it as a possible account-security issue and use Roblox’s recovery flow or contact Support.
