Choose the Razer Tartarus V2 Pro if its published analog-switch controls, adjustable actuation and repositionable wrist rest suit your setup. Choose—or keep—the Logitech G13 if you specifically want its mini-joystick, monochrome LCD or familiar G-key layout. The products differ in documented features, but the available manufacturer specifications do not establish a universal winner for comfort or performance.

Which one makes more sense for your games and setup?
Pick the Tartarus V2 Pro if you want adjustable analog input
Razer lists an adjustable actuation range of 0.1–4.0 mm and Rapid Trigger alongside its second-generation analog optical switches. That gives buyers more published input-adjustment options than Logitech documents for the G13. It is a specification difference, not evidence of lower latency or better results in a particular game.
Razer also lists 31 programmable controls and a full-sized TMR thumbstick with three dedicated buttons. If you are configuring one-handed commands for an MMO, an FPS or another game, consider whether those inputs match the actions you actually need; a higher control count alone does not make a keypad a better fit.

Pick the G13 if its joystick, LCD or layout is the point
The G13’s differentiators are its mini-joystick, monochrome LCD, 22 G-keys and three M-keys. These may matter most if you already use the G13 and depend on its particular layout or display. Razer’s cited product page does not state that the Tartarus V2 Pro has an LCD equivalent.
Logitech lists an 8 ft (2.438 m) cable for the G13 in its technical specifications. Check the physical condition and seller reliability if sourcing a unit; Logitech’s reviewed support page currently lists no downloads or spare parts. That page does not give a discontinuation date or establish whether G13 units can still be purchased.

- 7 Onboard Macro Keys for Instant Combos - Bind multiple commands to each of the 7 keys (28 total across 4 profiles), so MMO and MOBA ability rotations fire with a single press instead of fumbling for a full keyboard.
- Swap Switches Without Soldering - The upgraded socket accepts almost any 3-pin or 5-pin switch, so you can tune the feel of your off-hand keypad to match your main board.
- USB Pass-Through Port, Detachable Wrist Rest - Plug your mouse or headset directly into the keypad for a cleaner desk, and unclip the magnetic wrist rest whenever you want a smaller footprint.
- 16.8 Million Colors, 5 RGB Modes - Vibrant lighting effects let your off-hand setup match the rest of your battlestation.
- Pro Software for Even Deeper Customization - Record your own macro sequences and design custom lighting effects, so the keypad adapts to your exact keybinds.
How do the physical designs compare?
Razer describes a wrist rest that adjusts in multiple directions and tilts through a 15°–20° range. Logitech’s specification says the G13’s LCD has a non-adjustable tilt, but it does not give a directly comparable wrist-rest adjustment specification. These details help you assess how each device might fit your desk and preferred hand position; they do not prove which keypad is more comfortable. Neither product is evaluated here through hands-on ergonomics testing.
What should you check before choosing?
