Yes. Ready or Not supports crossplay between PC (Steam and Epic Games Store), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. You can change the setting from the main menu, but not during a game. Crossplay lets people play together; it does not transfer progress between platforms.
Which platforms can play together?
VOID Interactive’s cross-play guide lists Steam, Epic Games Store, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. The guide accompanied the console release on July 15, 2025. Players on these platforms can join the same game session when crossplay is enabled.

How to turn crossplay on or off
- Return to the Main Menu; the setting cannot be accessed during a game.
- Open Settings > Gameplay Options.
- Scroll to Cross-Play and change the setting.
If the option is greyed out or unavailable, VOID Interactive says platform-level restrictions, including parental controls, may be responsible.

Public lobbies
Public lobbies follow the host’s crossplay setting.

Friends-only lobbies
When creating a friends-only lobby, the host can choose whether crossplay is enabled. If you are invited to a crossplay lobby while your own setting is off, the game prompts you to enable it before joining.
Can console players join a modded PC lobby?
No. Mods are allowed on PC but not on consoles. A console player cannot join a crossplay session hosted by a PC player who is using mods.

Does Ready or Not have cross-progression?
No cross-progression between platforms was planned, according to VOID Interactive’s April 25, 2025 development briefing. That is separate from crossplay: you can play together across platforms, but progress does not carry from one platform to another.
