If your Take-Two Interactive shares are held in a brokerage account, vote using the instructions your broker or other nominee provides—not a universal Take-Two voting link or deadline. The company’s 2026 annual meeting took place on September 17, 2026, so its meeting details and deadlines are historical. For a future meeting, use that year’s broker notice and proxy materials.
How voting through a brokerage account works
Shares held in a brokerage account are generally held in “street name”: the broker or another nominee is the registered holder, while you are the beneficial owner. Take-Two’s 2026 proxy statement says the broker or nominee asks beneficial owners how they want their shares voted. Follow the voting instruction form or notice supplied for your account; available submission methods depend on the intermediary. If you send voting instructions, the intermediary must vote your shares as directed. Take-Two’s 2026 proxy statement
- Find the Take-Two proxy notice or voting instruction form in your broker’s messages, account documents, or mailed correspondence.
- Review the proposals and select your choices using the method specified by the broker or nominee.
- Submit before the cutoff stated by that intermediary. Take-Two’s proxy materials do not set one deadline that applies to every broker.
What happened at Take-Two’s 2026 annual meeting
The company scheduled a virtual, audio-only annual meeting for September 17, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time. That date has passed as of October 4, 2026; these are not current instructions for a future meeting. Take-Two urged shareholders to submit proxies before September 17. The precise voting cutoff for a brokerage account depended on the broker’s instructions. Take-Two’s September 10, 2026 meeting announcement
For that meeting, holders of record at the close of business on July 23, 2026 were entitled to attend and vote. The company said online admission required a 16-digit control number from the previously distributed notice of internet availability or proxy card. The proxy statement also said shareholders could vote during the meeting using that number, and encouraged advance voting even for people planning to attend. These eligibility and access details applied to the 2026 meeting only.
#1 Best Overall
What if you do not submit voting instructions?
Not all proposals are treated alike when a beneficial owner does not instruct the broker. Under Take-Two’s 2026 proxy statement, brokers could use discretion on routine matters, including ratification of the appointment of independent registered public accountants. They could not vote uninstructed shares on identified non-routine matters, including director elections and the non-binding advisory vote on named executive officer compensation. When a broker lacks discretion and has no instructions for a proposal, the resulting unvoted shares are called a “broker non-vote.” Take-Two’s 2026 proxy statement
So, not voting does not mean that every proposal is automatically voted the same way—or that your shares disappear. Check the proxy materials for the relevant meeting and your broker’s notice to see which proposals are routine and how uninstructed shares are handled.

For the next Take-Two meeting
When new meeting materials are issued, use the broker’s notice or voting instruction form alongside that year’s proxy statement. Confirm the record date, agenda, meeting time and access procedure, and—most importantly for brokerage-held shares—the submission cutoff provided by your intermediary. Do not carry over the 2026 date, control-number process, or other meeting details to a later year.
