If Heroes of Crown: Legends will not download, connect, or let you log in, start with the specific error rather than reinstalling the game. Check that you are using an official store version, test your connection and storage, and protect any guest-account progress before changing devices or app data. Why can’t I download or update the game?
Ujoy’s installation and update guidance recommends using an official distribution source: the App Store, Google Play, or One Store. Ujoy does not guarantee that builds from unofficial sources will work properly. If you installed from elsewhere, use an official store version rather than seeking another unofficial download.
Check the common blockers
- Storage: Make sure the device has at least 3 GB of available storage, the minimum listed in Ujoy’s support article.
- Network: Use a stable connection. If a download stalls, switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see whether the other connection works.
- System and compatibility: Check for a device system update and confirm the store says the game is compatible with your device.
The support article lists these minimum requirements: iPhone 7 or newer with iOS 13.0 or newer; Android 8.0 or newer with a four-core 1.5 GHz-or-higher processor and at least 2 GB of RAM; and at least 3 GB of available storage. These are requirements published in that support article, not a guarantee of current compatibility. Its search result indicates it was last updated 819 days before a recent crawl, while Google Play lists the game as updated July 23, 2026. If those checks do not resolve the install or update error, contact Ujoy and provide the exact message shown and relevant screenshots.

Why can’t I connect to the server?
First confirm that the device has a stable internet connection, then try a different network—for example, switch from Wi-Fi to LTE or other mobile data, or the other way around. Ujoy lists “I cannot connect to server” as a separate support issue in its Installation & Operation support section.
If changing networks does not help, record which connections you tried and the exact error, then contact support. The available official guidance does not establish that a particular server outage or a specific DNS, VPN, or port change is the cause, so avoid making those changes based on guesswork.

Can I log in to my account on another device?
It depends on whether the account was linked. Ujoy says a linked account can be used on another device; a guest account cannot be used to access that same account on a different device. If you still have access to the original device, bind the account before switching: Player Info > Account Binding. Ujoy warns that unlinked guest account information and progress may be lost. Do not uninstall the game or clear its app data while trying to recover unlinked guest progress. Establish whether the account is protected first; if you cannot access it or are unsure how to proceed, contact Ujoy support.

How do I recover a forgotten Ujoy account password?
- On the game’s login screen, select Ujoy Games.
- Select Retrieve Password.
- Enter the email address bound to the Ujoy account and receive the verification code.
- Enter the code in the game and follow the prompts to set a new password.
This recovery route is for a Ujoy account and requires access to its bound email. Ujoy’s password recovery instructions do not establish recovery steps for signing in through Apple or Google.
