Gather a Timeworn Gargantuaskin Map from the level 100 Rocky Outcrop at Heatwells in Living Memory, at X:35, Y:18. The node and coordinates are listed by the FFXIV Community Wiki; Square Enix confirms that Gargantuaskin treasure hunts take place exclusively in Living Memory.

Gathering the map and using it
Gathering at the Heatwells Rocky Outcrop is the acquisition step. To use the map, the item description reproduced by the Community Wiki says to use the action Decipher to extract it and examine its contents. It recommends a level 100 full party of eight players for the treasure hunt; that is a hunt recommendation, not a stated requirement for gathering at the node.
Square Enix’s Patch 7.0 Notes raised the Disciple of the Land level cap to 100, providing the level-cap context for the listed level 100 node.

What makes Gargantuaskin maps distinct
Square Enix says treasure chest rewards from Gargantuaskin maps are the same as those from Br’aaxskin maps, but only Gargantuaskin maps grant entry to Vault Oneiron. Their distinguishing feature is access to that special treasure dungeon, not better general chest rewards.
