You can’t get the Kafka or Blade outfit through the announced Fortnite Item Shop offer now: Epic’s sale window ended March 4, 2026. Epic says either outfit may return, but has not announced a date. Blade also had a separate Epic Games Store promotion tied to eligible Honkai: Star Rail purchases; that was a Blade-only route, not a way to get Kafka.
Can you still get Kafka and Blade in Fortnite?
Not through the announced shop window. Epic listed the Stellaron Hunter Kafka and Stellaron Hunter Blade outfits in the Fortnite Shop from February 26, 2026, at 7:00 PM ET until March 4, 2026, at 7:00 PM ET. That period has passed. What was the Epic Games Store promotion for Blade?
Epic Support described a Blade Outfit grant for players who had purchased an eligible Honkai: Star Rail item through the Epic Games Store. Its wording was: “Any eligible item purchased after November 15, 2023 qualifies for this offer.” Epic said automatic grants began February 26, 2026, at 7:00 PM ET. The published timing is historical, so do not assume a new purchase now will grant the outfit unless Epic announces current eligibility. What comes with the outfits?
Epic’s FAQ describes the collaboration outfits as in-game cosmetics and says they include a Back Bling and LEGO Styles for use in LEGO Fortnite. The FAQ does not establish a current way to obtain them outside a future Item Shop return or a newly announced promotion.

Where to check for another chance
Check Fortnite’s official Item Shop for the outfits, and Epic’s official support or collaboration announcements for any new promotion. Treat third-party sellers or skin generators as unrelated to the acquisition methods Epic describes; they are not official routes to these cosmetics.
