No confirmed 30%-off Black Friday 2026 offer for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is established as of October 4, 2026. Xbox’s latest stated US monthly price is $22.99, announced April 21, 2026; that is a permanent price reduction from $29.99, not a confirmed Black Friday promotion. Xbox says prices may vary by region.
Is Game Pass Ultimate 30% off for Black Friday 2026?
There is no official confirmation in the available Xbox announcements of a 30%-off Black Friday 2026 deal, or of its price, dates, or eligibility. Treat the headline claim as unverified unless Xbox publishes specific offer terms.
Xbox announced on April 21, 2026: “Starting today, Game Pass Ultimate drops from $29.99 to $22.99 a month.” That is about a 23.3% reduction from the former monthly price, not 30%, and the announcement says prices may vary by region. Xbox Wire’s April 21, 2026 announcement.
What is the current US monthly price?
Xbox’s stated US price for Game Pass Ultimate is $22.99 per month following the April 21, 2026 price change. This is the announced monthly price, not a Black Friday deal; Xbox does not establish the price for every country in that announcement. What happened with the Black Friday offer in 2025?
Xbox’s November 20, 2025 Black Friday announcement described an introductory offer of 14 days for $1, followed by $14.99 per month unless canceled. It was for eligible new subscribers, with eligibility varying, and was a 2025 offer only—not evidence of a 2026 discount. Xbox said its listed US discounts were US-only and offers could vary by market and retailer. Xbox Wire’s 2025 Black Friday announcement.
Does a promotion apply to existing subscribers?
That depends on the specific offer. The 2025 $1 introductory offer was limited to eligible new subscribers; it does not establish eligibility for a future Black Friday promotion. Xbox notes that promotional offers may be limited to new subscribers, may not be available to all subscribers, and may be restricted to certain regions and periods. Read the terms attached to the offer rather than assuming existing members qualify. Xbox’s US Game Pass plan page and offer terms.
