What the $125 price difference buys on paper
At the prices reported on April 5, 2026, the Acer was $125 more than the Lenovo. Both configurations were reported with an RTX 5060 and 16GB of memory, so the listed distinction is not evidence that one delivers higher gaming frame rates. No comparative benchmark results were provided.
- The Acer’s reported display is higher resolution and uses OLED: 2560×1600 at 240Hz, compared with the LOQ’s 1920×1080 IPS panel at 144Hz.
- The Acer was listed with 1TB of storage, twice the Lenovo’s reported 512GB capacity.
- The processor models differ, but the report provides no testing that establishes how that changes performance in games or other workloads.
How well is the Acer configuration identified?
Acer’s official Indonesian store lists a comparable Predator Helios Neo 16S AI configuration, reference NH.QX9SN.001 / PHN16S-71-91EV, with a Core Ultra 9 275HX, RTX 5060, 16-inch 2560×1600 240Hz OLED display, 16GB DDR5, and 1TB NVMe SSD. That regional product page corroborates that a matching high-level configuration exists, but it does not establish that this reference is the specific US Best Buy unit described by HotHardware.

Because the deal report is dated April 5, 2026, verify the retailer listing itself rather than relying on its quoted price or savings. Match the complete model or SKU and the specifications on the product page, especially the display, processor, graphics, memory, and storage. Check the current price, stock status, return policy, and warranty terms directly with the retailer; the report does not establish those terms.
