For free tickets, start with the in-game Events page: complete active event missions and activities, claim milestone rewards, and exchange any event currency for tickets. Also check collection milestones and your mailbox. The exact ticket type and amount depend on the live event, so inspect its reward list before spending time or resources.
First, identify which ticket you need
Netmarble’s draw guide distinguishes Rate Up Draw Tickets from Custom Draw Tickets: the former are used for Rate Up draws, and the latter for Custom draws. Check the banner’s displayed ticket requirement before you spend or exchange resources. The draw interface becomes available after clearing Chapter 1; open it from the Lobby’s Ticket icon or speak to Draw NPC Lim Hajin.
The guide describes a support guarantee within 70 draws for the systems it covers. That is a draw-outcome rule, not a way to earn or replenish tickets. Check the current banner rules, since the guide warns that game content can change.
Free ways to earn tickets
Check active events and their exchange shops
Open Events and review the check-in, mission, exchange, and collection rewards. Some events award tickets directly; others give event items that you trade for rewards. Notices may not state exact quantities, so use the in-game reward list as the definitive guide for a live event.

For example, Netmarble’s September 17, 2026 Autumn! 3 Events notice described a World Drop & Collection event. Clearing Gates, Unstable Dungeon, and Battlefield of Chaos could yield event items at a set rate, and those items could be exchanged for rewards. Weapon Custom Draw Tickets were among the listed key rewards, but the notice directs players to the in-game list for exact details. The event’s check-in was listed as running from after maintenance on September 17 until October 22, 2026 at 00:00 UTC; event dates and rewards are not evergreen.
Claim collection milestones
Check card-pack and set-collection milestones as well as ordinary event missions. In its September 2026 developer note, the Solo Leveling:ARISE Team identified collection milestones as a source of Rate Up Draw Tickets, Essence Stones, and Dungeon Entry Keys. Card packs could be earned through gameplay. Milestone requirements and available rewards can vary, so check the current collection screens.

Collect mailbox rewards before they expire
Review the mailbox and read each message’s claim deadline. The same September 2026 developer note announced a one-time mail reward of Rate Up Draw Ticket x20 and Hunter Exclusive Weapon Design x12, claimable through October 21, 2026 at 23:59 UTC. That was a dated distribution, not a recurring ticket allowance; its deadline has passed.
Compare the available routes
| Route | Cost and effort | Ticket type and availability |
|---|---|---|
| Event missions, activity drops, and exchanges | No purchase required; complete the activities named in the live event and claim or exchange its rewards. | Depends on the event; time-limited. The September 2026 World Drop event listed Weapon Custom Draw Tickets. |
| Collection milestones | Earn card packs through gameplay and meet the active collection requirements. | The September 2026 developer note cited Rate Up Draw Tickets; current milestones may differ. |
| Mailbox announcements | Claim eligible mail before its stated expiry. | May be a one-time reward. The September 2026 ticket mail expired October 21, 2026 at 23:59 UTC. |
| Official web shop | Paid digital offers; confirm the terms and price in the shop before buying. | Ticket offers may be listed, but inventory and prices can change. |
Netmarble’s official web shop lists digital offers. If you are considering a purchase, compare the live web-shop and in-game offers; do not assume that a particular bundle or price will remain available.

Why older ticket figures are not a reliable rate
Netmarble’s October 31, 2024 newsroom announcement described historical rewards, including 100 Custom Draw Tickets and 60 Weapon Custom Draw Tickets for players who had already reached level 90, plus other event rewards. Those figures belonged to that announcement and are not a standing offer or a guide to current ticket earnings. The available announcements do not establish a permanent daily or weekly ticket amount for players.
