To solve Precipice of Truth in Crimson Desert, use Axiom Force to take power cores from the turrets, use each core to open access to the next power component, seat components with Force Palm, then ride the activated air currents between platforms. The puzzle is in the Path of Providence and is approached from Root’s End. The steps below are spoiler-forward; the nearby three-light gate may need other paths restored even after this puzzle is complete.
How to reach Precipice of Truth
PowerPyx places Precipice of Truth among the Abyss Restoration Challenges in the Path of Providence and describes Root’s End as the approach. Follow the moving platforms toward the island and its teleporter, then activate the local fast-travel or checkpoint point if it is available. PowerPyx’s location and opening route.
Walkthrough: power cores, batteries, and air currents
The guides use terms such as “energy rock,” “power core,” “battery,” and “panel” for different objects in this sequence. Follow the object visible at each stage rather than assuming every mechanism takes the same component.
- Get the first core. Cross the opening gap and approach the turret or orb mechanism. When its orb is exposed, use Axiom Force to remove or destroy it; a power core is left behind.
- Open the first barrier and seat the battery. Carry the core through the passage and use it on the cube or pillar beside the barrier. Take the newly accessible battery to its socket and drive it into place with Force Palm. The fan or current it activates provides lift for the next traversal.
- Reach the next tier and repeat. Ride the current to the next platform. Use Axiom Force on the next turret’s exposed orb, take the resulting core to the nearby cube or pillar, then move the protected power component to its socket and secure it with Force Palm.
- Continue across the floating platforms. Follow the newly activated currents to the next mechanisms and repeat the orb, core, barrier, and socket sequence wherever it appears. One later section uses another turret and an elevated socket; the exact object names differ between guides, so use the core to open access and Force Palm to seat the component.
- Activate the large wall mechanism. Ride the final currents to the large mechanism and activate it with Force Palm. GamesRadar+ reports that the Abyss Artifact appears on a ledge above once the mechanism is activated. See GamesRadar+’s walkthrough and PC Gamer’s route.
Making the platforming and core carrying easier
The Kuku Pot is a convenience, not a confirmed requirement. GamesRadar+ says it can store and reuse a core for a later barrier, but carrying power parts without it is possible. The same guide advises having substantial stamina for the platforming, since reaching the next platforms depends on traversing the currents and gaps. If the jumps are the main obstacle, consider returning with more stamina rather than treating the pot as mandatory.

Why the nearby three-light gate can stay closed
Completing Precipice of Truth may light only one of the gate’s three indicators. AllThings.how reports that the other lights depend on restoring connected paths, including Root’s End and the Spire of Insight chain through Chaos Forest and Roots of Truth.
